2. Promotion period
The promotion begins when Forever Bailey makes the entry form available and ends August 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Entries received after the closing time will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
The promotion is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old when they enter. Entrants must be legally able to participate where they live. The promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to enter
Complete the entry form at foreverbailey.art/offer.php, tell us about your pet, and upload one to four eligible reference photos before the closing time. Only complete entries that meet the form requirements will be considered. Limit one entry per pet. Automated, fraudulent, copied, or incomplete entries may be disqualified.
5. Photo and entry requirements
- You must own each submitted photo or have permission from the owner to submit it for use as a portrait reference.
- Your entry must not infringe another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Submitted material must not contain unlawful, hateful, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate content.
You keep ownership of your submitted photos. By entering, you give Forever Bailey permission to store, review, and use the photos to administer the promotion and, if selected, to create your portrait. Public use of submitted photos or finished artwork requires the separate optional feature permission on the entry form.
6. Selection and notification
Forever Bailey will select ten pets from eligible entries based on the pet’s story, the suitability of the submitted photos as portrait references, and artistic fit. This is a judged selection and not a random drawing. Entry does not guarantee selection.
Forever Bailey expects to contact selected entrants at the email address provided by September 2, 2026. A selected entrant may be asked to confirm eligibility, photo rights, and acceptance of the commission. If an entrant cannot be reached, does not respond within the time stated in the notification, or is found ineligible, Forever Bailey may select another entry.
7. Commission
Each of the ten selected entrants will receive one custom Forever Bailey digital pet portrait commission at no charge. The portrait will be delivered as a digital file only. It does not include a physical print, frame, physical product, or shipping. The commission has no cash alternative, is not transferable, and may not be substituted by the entrant. Digital file format, reference-photo choice, creative direction, and delivery timing will be arranged with each selected entrant. Forever Bailey retains copyright in the finished artwork; the selected entrant receives a personal-use digital copy unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Privacy and contact
Forever Bailey will use entry details and uploaded photos to administer the promotion, review entries, create selected portraits, maintain necessary records, and contact entrants about the promotion. Submitted photos remain private unless the entrant separately chooses the optional feature permission. Information will not be sold. Entrants may ask a privacy question or request deletion by emailing commissions@foreverbailey.art, subject to records Forever Bailey must retain for legal or administrative purposes.
9. Administration
Forever Bailey may disqualify an entry that violates these terms or interferes with the fair operation of the promotion. If fraud, technical failure, or another event outside Forever Bailey’s reasonable control prevents the promotion from operating as intended, Forever Bailey may suspend, modify, or cancel it, subject to applicable law. Decisions concerning eligibility and selection are final to the extent permitted by law.
10. Facebook disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta. By entering, each entrant releases Facebook and Meta from claims arising from or related to this promotion, to the extent permitted by law. Entrants provide their information to Forever Bailey, not to Facebook or Meta.
11. Acceptance
Submitting an entry confirms that the entrant has read and agrees to these terms. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
